High corrosion-resistant steel plate residual frame for revetment method and small end stop method VE panel

On-site assembly and concrete pouring, a non-demolition legal foundation with a residual formwork for small ends.

Traditionally, the foundation works for revetments and vertical/horizontal band works were carried out using on-site concrete pouring methods with formwork assembly. However, Toho Giken Co., Ltd. has developed and popularized precast concrete products as a labor-saving method, which are widely used as slope protection and small stop blocks. However, in methods that use water-stopping sheet piles, the increase in width of the sheet piles leads to larger web dimensions, and blocks corresponding to II-W, III-W, and IV-W type water-stopping sheet piles face issues in manufacturing costs and construction due to the increase in product dimensions and the complexity of the formwork structure. The "VE Panel" proposed by Toho Giken Co., Ltd. for slope protection foundations and small stop uses a residual steel plate frame, which can accommodate various slope gradients and specifications/dimensions. It is made from high corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plates (manufactured by Nippon Steel Corporation, Super Dima) that are processed in the factory, allowing for an assembly and installation method on-site that only requires pouring of infill concrete, eliminating the need for dismantling. Excavator Random Cycle Hammer

Ultra-low vibration and low noise pollution control random cycle hammer.

☆NETIS Registration☆ By dividing the advanced bit into 4 to 8 small bits and independently activating each in sequence, we achieved a random ultra-high frequency vertical motion of approximately 7000 times per minute, which crushes through micro-vibrational impacts. This reduces the drilling area to 1/15 to 1/20 of the entire hammer, significantly lowering vibrations and noise.

High tree transplanting / large-diameter tree transplanting

We will transplant large-diameter trees and tall trees using specialized large machinery and cranes.

It enables the reuse of trees, which are a valuable resource. Since it does not require heavy pruning, a natural tree shape can be maintained. There are two types of methods available, and there are many successful projects. 【Specialized Heavy Machinery Transplanting】 This method efficiently performs digging, transportation, and planting in a short period using heavy machinery. A large root ball can be obtained, allowing for a high survival rate of transplanted trees. It can accommodate a wide range from large trees (tall trees) to stump transplanting. 【Large Crane Transplanting】 This method allows for a wider root ball than specialized heavy machinery. Since the tree is not directly lifted, there is a lower risk of damaging the trunk. The tree is not laid horizontally, which reduces the risk of root ball collapse. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Mighty CF-SP Method

The corrosion rate of the splash zone of steel piles is at its maximum and determines the lifespan of the steel piles. Mighty CF-SP is a rust prevention method specifically designed for the anti-corrosion of steel pipe piles in marine structures.

The Mighty CF-SP method involves installing a polycarbonate disposable formwork around the outer circumference of a steel pipe pile, and injecting a resin mortar-based anti-corrosion material mixed with salt harmlessness materials into the approximately 5mm gap between the formwork and the steel pipe pile, which is made of an inorganic anti-corrosion material called Mighty CF, and then solidifying it. This method is also registered as a new technology by the Tokyo Port Authority and is a cost-effective and simple anti-corrosion method for the splash zone of steel pipe piles. For details, please contact us as the construction site varies depending on the size of the steel pipe pile and the tidal level difference.

SSI method

Fundamental measures against salt damage due to salt absorption in salt-damaged concrete structures.

It fundamentally and long-term prevents salt damage due to the following features that cannot be achieved by other rust prevention methods. By adsorbing and neutralizing residual salt, as well as absorbing salt that has intruded after repairs, it enables a fundamental approach to salt damage prevention. Furthermore, it can also prevent macrocell corrosion caused by residual salt after repairs.

Shield Launch and Arrival Method 'NOMST'

Shortening of construction period is possible! Automation and labor-saving for departure and arrival can be achieved, resolving the difficulty in securing craftsmen such as those for demolition work.

"NOMST" is a new shield launch and arrival method using new material concrete. In conventional methods, ground improvement was necessary as protective work for the launch and arrival of the shield, and manual demolition of the pit wall at the entrance was required. However, with NOMST, new material concrete that can be cut by the cutter bit of the shield machine is used. Ground improvement through chemical injection is unnecessary or can be reduced, allowing the shield machine to launch and arrive without the dangerous manual demolition of the entrance. 【Features】 - Ground improvement for launch and arrival is unnecessary or can be reduced, enabling groundwater pollution prevention, shortening of construction periods, and cost benefits. - Safety during launch and arrival is ensured. - Dangerous work is eliminated, making safety management for workers and supervisors easier. - Construction periods can be shortened. - Automation and labor-saving for launch and arrival can resolve difficulties in securing skilled workers such as those in demolition work. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Seismic reinforcement using carbon fiber "SR-CF method"

Applicable to all seismic components! With a significant reinforcement effect and high reliability, wall-mounted columns can also be easily reinforced.

The "SR-CF Method" is a construction method that allows for the reinforcement of all seismic components using carbon fiber sheets. By using CF anchors in conjunction, the advantages of carbon fiber sheet reinforcement—such as workability, safety, and quietness—are maintained, while achieving high reinforcement effects for wall-mounted columns, beams with slabs, and seismic walls, similar to independent columns. The design and construction guidelines for this method are based on numerous experimental data and have received technical evaluation from the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association. 【Features】 ■ Short construction period while occupied ■ Wide range of applicable targets ■ Significant reinforcement effect and high reliability ■ Easy construction ■ Wall-mounted columns can also be easily reinforced *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement method for existing concrete structures: "Outplate Method"

Fixed and bonded to the existing concrete structure! You can achieve a significant reinforcement effect with a small amount of reinforcement material.

The Outplate method is a reinforcement technique that involves tensioning prefabricated CFRP plates (outplates) with anchoring bodies at both ends, fixing and bonding them to existing concrete structures. Compared to conventional continuous fiber sheet bonding methods, tensioning the outplates allows for the introduction of prestress into the concrete, enabling significant reinforcement effects with a smaller amount of reinforcement material. Since thin CFRP plates are used as tensioning materials, there is almost no change in the external appearance or cross-section after reinforcement, making it particularly suitable for the construction of RC and PC hollow slab bridges, and it can also be applied to external cable reinforcement of steel bridges. 【Features】 ■ High bending reinforcement effect and crack control effect ■ Recovery of deflection ■ Improved durability ■ Minimal maintenance ■ Reinforcement over the supports of continuous girders can be done from the underside ■ Excellent aesthetic quality *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
