High corrosion-resistant steel plate residual frame for revetment method and small end stop method VE panel
On-site assembly and concrete pouring, a non-demolition legal foundation with a residual formwork for small ends.
Traditionally, the foundation works for revetments and vertical/horizontal band works were carried out using on-site concrete pouring methods with formwork assembly. However, Toho Giken Co., Ltd. has developed and popularized precast concrete products as a labor-saving method, which are widely used as slope protection and small stop blocks. However, in methods that use water-stopping sheet piles, the increase in width of the sheet piles leads to larger web dimensions, and blocks corresponding to II-W, III-W, and IV-W type water-stopping sheet piles face issues in manufacturing costs and construction due to the increase in product dimensions and the complexity of the formwork structure. The "VE Panel" proposed by Toho Giken Co., Ltd. for slope protection foundations and small stop uses a residual steel plate frame, which can accommodate various slope gradients and specifications/dimensions. It is made from high corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plates (manufactured by Nippon Steel Corporation, Super Dima) that are processed in the factory, allowing for an assembly and installation method on-site that only requires pouring of infill concrete, eliminating the need for dismantling. basic information
【Features】 ○ The steel plates used enhance corrosion resistance beyond conventional galvanized steel plates, particularly excelling in acid resistance, alkali resistance, and resistance to overhangs, allowing for the omission of lateral handling processes after galvanization. ○ No heavy machinery operation is required during transportation and installation, enabling significant reductions in CO2 and NOx emissions. → A construction method that minimizes environmental impact, helping to mitigate air pollution and global warming. ○ The components consist of the main panel and fixed fittings. → Assembly involves a simple process of pit connection and riveting. ○ Sufficient spacing can be secured between the sheet pile webs and the product. → Filling with intermediate concrete is easy. ○ The steel plates are reinforced with ribs and flanging, providing a structure that withstands lateral pressure during concrete pouring. ○ Products can be customized for dimensions and galvanization amounts beyond standard specifications. ○ Products can be processed and delivered quickly, accommodating special dimensions and facilitating the construction of curved sections. → Ensures safety during on-site work. ○ The amount of work completed per day is substantial, contributing to shortened construction periods and cost reductions. ○ Even after years, the concrete parts remain stable. → Maintains the safety of the revetment function over a long period. ○ Produced and processed in a modern factory. → Enables quality control and stable product supply. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Tohō Giken Co., Ltd. was established in July 1979 with the corporate philosophy of "Advanced Technology and Creativity," operating as a knowledge-intensive company. The main focus of the company's business is the development and dissemination of new methods and products for riverbank protection. We have developed numerous unique riverbank protection methods and products that are rare in the industry, accumulating a track record of construction and receiving recognition as innovative methods and products. In particular, in recent years, we have been promoting the "Multi-Natural River Creation" method, striving to develop new methods and materials that reduce labor and resources while also considering and improving environmental impacts, based on traditional river construction methods in our country. We are also promoting our business through active applications for industrial property rights and registration with NETIS, aiming for business expansion through licensing agreements with companies in various regions and partnerships with different industries. Recently, we have been developing and selling products aimed at individuals that consider the global environment, in addition to civil engineering construction materials.
