High Support Strength Construction Method / Medium Excavation High Support Strength Method "Hyper-NAKS Method"

High load-bearing method using the middle excavation expansion foundation method.

The Hyper-NAKS method is a type of embedded construction method classified as a middle excavation and enlarged root solidification method, using precast concrete piles (with the lower pile being ONA105-S). This method excavates the ground at the tip of the pile using a hydraulic expansion bit at the tip of a spiral auger inserted into the hollow part of the pile, while discharging the excavated soil through the hollow part of the pile to the discharge bucket at the top of the pile, allowing the pile to be installed by its own weight and forced pressure input. 【Features】 ○ Dramatic transformation of the bearing capacity calculation formula ○ Increased maximum pile diameter up to φ1200mm ○ Root solidification bulb construction using hydraulic expansion bits ○ Excellent construction performance and reliability with no-weld joints ○ Standard equipped with a discharge bucket For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Construction Method Series "NAKS"

General method using the middle excavation expansion root reinforcement technique.

The NAKS method is classified as an embedded pile method using precast concrete piles and is a middle excavation enlarged root solidification method. This method involves excavating the ground at the pile tip using a spiral auger inserted into the hollow part of the pile and a specially designed mechanical or hydraulic enlarged bit, allowing the pile to be installed by its own weight or forced pressure input. The enlarged bit excavates below the outer diameter of the pile until it reaches the supporting layer, at which point the enlarged wings open wider than the outer diameter of the pile, creating an enlarged bulb at the pile tip through the mixture of solidification fluid and sand/gravel from the supporting layer. 【Features】 ○ Reliable track record ○ High bearing capacity with a safe and secure method ○ Minimal amount of excavated soil ○ Improved construction accuracy ○ Low noise and vibration with no secondary pollution For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Non-welded joint method "Triple Plate Joint"

T・PJOINT proudly offers reliable, robust, and convenient excellent features.

The triple plate joint consists of end plates, side plates, reinforcement bands, connection plates, and connection bolts. The joint fittings of the main pile consist of end plates, side plates, and reinforcement bands, with screw holes corresponding to the bolt holes of the connection plates cut into the side plates. The end plates and connection plates have a complementary uneven shape that fits together when aligned, and by attaching connection bolts to the screw holes of the side plates, the uneven shapes interlock, transmitting the stress acting on the pile through this interlocking section. 【Features】 ○ Has performance equivalent to welded joints ○ Less affected by weather conditions, allowing for stable construction ○ Can be safely constructed in areas where open flames are prohibited ○ Shorter construction time compared to welded joints ○ The connection plate is divided into three parts for weight reduction, making it easy to handle For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Is it more expensive than other insulation materials?

Providing performance far superior to glass wool insulation at the same price.

Aluminum heat-insulating materials are not much more expensive than glass wool insulation. However, once installed, aluminum heat-insulating materials do not require replacement or additional work due to moisture or other influences, so you only incur the installation cost. Additionally, they are lightweight and easy to install, which can reduce construction costs. Moreover, past test data and feedback from consumers using aluminum heat-insulating materials demonstrate that they perform far better than glass wool insulation. For more details, please download the catalog.
