High Support Strength Construction Method / Medium Excavation High Support Strength Method "Hyper-NAKS Method"
High load-bearing method using the middle excavation expansion foundation method.
The Hyper-NAKS method is a type of embedded construction method classified as a middle excavation and enlarged root solidification method, using precast concrete piles (with the lower pile being ONA105-S). This method excavates the ground at the tip of the pile using a hydraulic expansion bit at the tip of a spiral auger inserted into the hollow part of the pile, while discharging the excavated soil through the hollow part of the pile to the discharge bucket at the top of the pile, allowing the pile to be installed by its own weight and forced pressure input. 【Features】 ○ Dramatic transformation of the bearing capacity calculation formula ○ Increased maximum pile diameter up to φ1200mm ○ Root solidification bulb construction using hydraulic expansion bits ○ Excellent construction performance and reliability with no-weld joints ○ Standard equipped with a discharge bucket For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Nihon Concrete Industry is a company that creates the foundation to support people's lives. Are you aware that the buildings you are currently in—homes, offices, skyscrapers, and facilities—have a "foundation" that is never visible from the outside? That foundation, buried deep underground, is essential for protecting people's safe and secure lives. We, at Nihon Concrete Industry, handle various concrete products in different fields, including foundation piles (concrete piles) that support buildings, concrete poles, civil engineering products, and construction products. In addition to thorough quality control, we are committed to contributing to the creation of a safe, secure, and prosperous society through concrete, while also considering global expansion and environmental conservation.
