Geo Express vol. 8: Solving Challenges in Difficult Construction with Promotion and Shielding - Lubricant "Konjac Filling Agent 300/700"
Do you have any of these concerns? Thrust is increasing, making construction progress difficult; you want to reduce costs; you want to shorten the construction period; you are looking for good lubricants... There are many challenges in difficult construction projects such as large diameter, long distance, sharp curves, and gravel and stone. So, why not consider our lubricant "Konjac Filling Agent 300/700"? The benefits of using Konjac Filling Agent 300/700 are mainly three. Benefit 1: Long-term maintenance of low thrust Konjac Filling Agent 300/700 releases slippery components steadily, so it is expected to maintain low thrust for a long time even in difficult construction projects such as sharp curves, long distances, and dry layers. Benefit 2: Cost reduction Since it results in lower thrust compared to conventional lubricants, there are cases where a thrust booster device may not be necessary. By suppressing the decrease in daily progress, overall construction costs and construction periods can be reduced. *We do not guarantee that a thrust booster device will not be necessary. Benefit 3: NETIS registered product NETIS registration number HR-200005-A This product is the only lubricant registered with NETIS. For more details, please visit our website.
Ready-made pile drilling agent that makes hard clay layers easier to dissolve.
- Piles, caissons, sheet piles

[New Product] Pre-made pile drilling agent that makes hard clay layers easier to dissolve: "Hard Clay Softening Agent"
―Introduction When excavating hard clay layers in pre-made pile construction, water is injected during the excavation process. However, clay can adhere to the auger, causing a buildup and leading to poor soil removal, which decreases excavation efficiency and prolongs excavation time. Additionally, increasing the water supply to prevent adhesion can lead to an increase in soil removal volume. To prevent such site troubles, it is important to transform hard clay layers into a soft mud state to prevent adhesion to the auger and allow for smooth soil removal. Therefore, we propose a new product: "Hard Clay Softening Agent." ―What is the Hard Clay Softening Agent? It is a pre-made pile excavation agent that allows hard clay layers to be transformed into a soft mud state by adding the hard clay softening agent to water during injection and excavation. By turning it into mud, soil can be removed smoothly, maintaining excavation speed and soil removal volume. For more details, please visit our website.

- Pipeline Construction

Geo Express vol. 9: Modifying the surface of concrete pipes to resemble PVC pipes, reducing thrust with a coating-type lubricant "Concrete Pipe Manicure Agent 2."
The current thrust construction involves many challenging tasks such as gravel layers, sharp curves, and long-distance thrusting, which can lead to a rapid increase in thrust power that is difficult to manage with conventional lubricants alone. Therefore, in challenging construction sites where an increase in thrust power is a concern, the combination of lubricants and a manicure agent is expected to help maintain low thrust and reduce the risk of crack formation. Concrete pipe manicure agent 2 is a type of lubricating agent applied to the surface of concrete structures in thrust construction and caisson construction. When used in conjunction with lubricants, it reduces the friction between the structure and the surrounding ground. For more details, please visit our website.

Geo Express Vol. 2 Preventing High Stopping of Piles! Reducing Bentonite Amount by 30%!! ~ Ready-Made Pile Drilling Agent "Pile Gel" ~
This time, we would like to introduce "Pile Gel," which prevents the high stopping of piles during pile driving work (pre-boring method). Until now, after excavation, the hole walls were unstable, leading to ground collapse, accumulation at the bottom of the hole, and the occurrence of high stopping of piles. "Pile Gel" can prevent collapse and suppress high stopping of piles simply by adding a small amount to the existing drilling fluid! We will present experimental examples to see if using Pile Gel really makes it less likely to collapse. 1. When excavating only with bentonite The hole walls stabilize with bentonite at 60 kg/m3. 2. When using Pile Gel By adding just 0.05 kg/m3 of Pile Gel to bentonite at 40 kg/m3, collapse can be suppressed. As you can see, adding Pile Gel improves hole wall stability, allowing for the suppression of ground collapse with less bentonite. With less bentonite... that's right! As shown in the experiment, to suppress collapse, 60 kg/m3 of bentonite was previously necessary, but by using Pile Gel, it can be reduced to 40 kg/m3. This results in a 30% reduction in bentonite usage. For more details, please visit our website, Geo Express.
