80% market share in the pneumatic industry! Sealed fittings, plugs, and threaded hardware.
Eight Seal Pre-Coated Screw Fitting
Since seal tape wrapping and liquid gasket application are unnecessary, it improves construction efficiency on-site. It prevents inconsistencies in wrapping, insufficient application, and excessive application due to differences in workers' experience.
In the pneumatic joint industry, our pre-coated threaded joints, which hold an 80% market share (according to our own research), are coated with a fluororesin-based sealant on the PT threaded part in advance. On-site, these joints exhibit sealing performance simply by being tightened, using the processed joints. They are suitable not only for leak prevention but also for preventing loosening, and due to the fluororesin-based sealant, they also help prevent galling. *If you are interested in information regarding our adoption records, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
Pre-coated threaded joints are products with stable quality, as a fluororesin-based sealant is applied to the PT threaded part in advance using a coating machine, allowing for management of the application amount and width. ◎ Since there is no need for sealing tape wrapping or liquid gasket application, on-site construction efficiency is improved. ◎ Uniform quality control is possible with a dedicated coating machine, preventing contamination and defects caused by uneven sealing tape application, as well as insufficient or excessive application of liquid gaskets leading to leaks. ◎ Reduction and simplification of work time, leading to increased productivity. ◎ Excellent resistance to pressure, oil, and chemicals. (Some fluids may be unsuitable.) * We also offer sealing processing for supplied materials, sealing processing including joint base materials, as well as sales of sealants and dedicated coating machines (in-house production). Please feel free to consult with us.
