【Manufacturing Process】 ■1. Selection: Choose round bars (metal) according to product size. ■2. Cutting: Cut the round bars to the product size using a lathe. ■3. Rough machining and finishing: Process the cut round bars to match the product size. ■4. Keyway machining: Perform keyway machining using a milling machine. ■5. Drilling: Carry out drilling using a drill press. ■6. Shrink fitting: Heat fit the rings on the sliding surfaces. ■7. Lapping: Lap the sliding surfaces to achieve optical flatness within two light bands. ■8. Assembly and inspection: Assemble and conduct inspections tailored to the product. ■9.
