High-pressure flow meter: high precision, low pressure loss, high temperature compatibility.
OMH
The high-pressure screw meter OMH is a high-precision volumetric flow meter designed for high pressure, featuring a spiral gear type. It has low pressure loss and can handle high temperatures.
This is a high-pressure flow meter compatible with MAX 42 MPa. (*For 63 MPa compatibility, please contact us for details.) Connections include SAE, DIN, G (BSPP), and others. Compared to conventional gear meters, it has lower pressure loss, which can help reduce power consumption for motors and other equipment. It is widely used, especially for performance testing of high-pressure hydraulic equipment and cylinder position detection in tunnel boring machines. It can accommodate a wide range of fluids, from high-viscosity liquids such as adhesives, sealants, PVC, inks, and polyols to low-viscosity liquids like gasoline and diesel. There are two types of traceability options: (1) ISO/IEC 17025 calibration (equivalent to JCSS) (This does not include system diagrams or calibration certificates.) (2) Attach documents such as test reports, calibration certificates, and system diagrams. *For details, please contact us. Calibration is performed at approximately 5 mm²/s (equivalent to diesel oil).

basic information
The OMH series is a volumetric flow meter of the spiral gear type developed for high pressure applications. Since the fluid flows in a linear manner, it has significantly lower pressure loss compared to conventional gear meters. It can accommodate a wide range of fluids, from high-viscosity liquids like PVC and sealants to low-viscosity liquids like diesel. ◎ Specifications ◎ Operating pressure: MAX 42MPa Operating temperature: -20 to +120℃ Viscosity range: 1 to 1,000,000 mPas Measurement accuracy: ±0.1% RS *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
