Focusing on design utilizing 3D-CAD/CAE Digital design support for resin component mechanism and housing design, flow analysis, structural analysis, etc. At Kōtoku Aidec, we utilize various analysis tools, including 3D-CAD (structural analysis, resin flow analysis, etc.), to improve design quality, reduce man-hours for prototypes and experiments, and shorten development periods through simulation. Additionally, by combining composite parts in 3D data, we check for motion interference of mechanical components, fitting adjustments, and clearances of mounting parts, thereby preventing product defects and streamlining the development process.
