The transmission of skills in companies typically involves three main methods: "1. Documenting and having others read it," "2. Filming videos to show," and "3. Teaching through on-the-job training (OJT) over time." However, the challenges have been the time required for production and the inefficiency of skill acquisition. EduSolution proposes a tool that integrates 1, 2, and 3 through brain analysis based on cerebral physiology theory, significantly improving the effectiveness of information transfer and drastically reducing production time. For method 3, it allows filming from the perspective of skilled trainers, enabling the teaching of intuition and tips without taking much time. For method 2, it is possible to create videos that include handwritten notes and audio explanations added to the filmed content. For method 1, existing documents, drawings, and photographs can be digitized as they are, allowing the creation of electronic books that link to related videos. There are currently no existing tools that meet these three functional requirements for skill transmission. Additionally, the created electronic books can be organized in a bookshelf format and managed in a hierarchical structure, allowing anyone to quickly select and view necessary materials from numerous procedure manuals.
