■From Paper to Tablet: Easy "Raku" Input■ All the tasks that were previously necessary, such as stacks of forms, documents, a camera for capturing images, and the transcription work into Excel or systems after the task, can now be completed with just one tablet. You can open and edit forms from the app's "Form Library," and if you take images with the tablet's camera, they will fit perfectly into the format. You can also view documents, write on images, and make handwritten notes on the forms. When forms are saved to the server, Excel forms can be automatically generated, making them usable as reports. In terms of security, server access from tablets or PCs is only permitted for authenticated devices. Additionally, data integration with other systems is possible, and input can be done even outside of signal coverage. ■Easily Analyze Collected Data with "Raku"■ We provide analysis functions for registered data. The available graphs include histograms, line graphs, bar graphs, scatter plots, Pareto charts, and control charts, which are commonly used analysis methods in manufacturing settings. No detailed settings are required. Simply select the target data and type of graph, choose the items for the X-axis and Y-axis, and you can start analyzing the data immediately. Additionally, the analysis data can be exported as CSV.
