The environmental design specifications for the Geo-Column method (deep ground mixing treatment method) are a standard column diameter of φ600mm, with a corresponding depth of approximately GL-2.0m to GL-8.0m. The penetration conditions for the supporting layer require a settlement of at least 50cm into good ground with a converted N value exceeding 3 for cohesive soil and exceeding 4 for granular soil. The binding material used is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly inorganic cement binder, with a standard addition amount of at least 300kg/m3 for cohesive soil and at least 250kg/m3 for granular soil. The construction machinery is equipped with an automatic measurement device (such as GEO-MONITOR) as standard, which automatically records excavation depth, discharge volume, pressure, and rotation speed to ensure environmental and construction quality.
