Video Documentation of Manufacturing, Technology, and On-Site Operations: Preventing Dependence on Individuals! A Practical Worksheet to Systematize In-House Production with 25 Items.
"I want to create product manuals and technical transfer videos, but only specific personnel can edit them." "The file storage locations and review methods differ for each video, making management complicated." In BtoB companies, including manufacturing and construction industries, the demand for in-house production of sales materials, technical succession, safety training, and product demo videos is increasing, while "task dependency" on specific individuals has become a significant challenge on-site. This document serves as a guide and worksheet to transition from relying on the "individual skills" of specific personnel for video production to establishing a "company system" as an organization. It allows you to diagnose your company's bottlenecks with 25 checklist items and clearly organize role distribution, process design, management rules, and a 90-day action plan. This material is recommended for companies that want to smoothly in-house and standardize video utilization and capitalize on on-site knowledge and technology.

■ Recommended for BtoB companies and on-site personnel 〇【Standardization of operations】 We want to establish and unify the rules for video production (file names, storage locations, approval flows). 〇【Elimination of dependency】 We want to avoid the risk of operations stopping due to transfers or resignations, as only specific employees can create videos. 〇【Differentiation between in-house and outsourcing】 We want to create criteria for producing simple videos (internal manuals and new product FAQs) in-house while outsourcing main promotional videos. 〇【Initiation of in-house production】 We want to start video production in-house but need a roadmap on what to tackle first.
