Heatstroke prevention sheet for factories and warehouses: "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet"
Reflects up to 97% of radiant heat. It also suppresses heat intrusion from the roof and heat dissipation from machinery, achieving improved air conditioning efficiency and energy savings for equipment.
The "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet" is a thermal insulation sheet made from aluminum with a purity of 99%, which reflects up to 97% of radiant heat. By installing it under roofs or on machinery, it helps prevent indoor temperature rises and improves the environment in factories and warehouses during the summer, which can become "sauna-like." In tests conducted by our company, we measured the under-roof temperature in two buildings with the same structure on the same site and confirmed a temperature suppression effect of up to 10°C compared to uninstalled areas. After installation, there are no running costs, and it allows for measures against heatstroke while reducing CO2 emissions and electricity consumption. 【Features】 ■ High-quality corrosion-resistant coating prevents a decrease in reflectivity and deterioration of the sheet. ■ Non-combustible certification obtained, making it applicable to factories and warehouses with interior restrictions under fire safety laws. ■ Increases the thermal efficiency of equipment such as boilers, enabling energy savings. ■ Proven installation results on dryers, fryers, and baking machines. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
