This is a technology for identifying the causes of localized subsidence in existing houses (wooden, lightweight steel, cloth foundations, and slab foundations) and for high-precision horizontal correction. Ground exploration employs hand auger drilling machines and probing rods for test excavation, while high-precision digital laser levels are used for subsidence measurement. For subsidence correction, structural carbon steel plates with a thickness of 12 mm or more (at least 500 mm square) or concrete pressure plates are installed, and millimeter-level adjustments are made through synchronized operation of small hydraulic jacks. High-adhesion epoxy resin injection materials are used for foundation reinforcement, and lightweight bubble mortar (air milk) is pressure-filled into the gaps under the floor.
