Additionally, epoxy resin injection is applied to the cracks in the foundation concrete to restore structural strength, and high-density filling of air bubble mortar is used to raise the ground bearing capacity in areas of subsidence and underground voids. Construction can be carried out while residents are living in the home, minimizing noise and vibration, and compressing the construction period and costs to a minimum. This construction method uses general structural carbon steel pipes (with an outer diameter of 114.3 mm or more and a wall thickness of 4.5 mm or more) according to the JIS G3444 STK400 standard. The weight of the building is used as a reaction force to press-fit the steel pipe piles with a small hydraulic jack, securing them into a hard support layer with a thickness of 2 m or more and a converted N value of 10 or more based on SWS test data. For crack repair, a high-durability epoxy resin injection method is employed, and lightweight foamed mortar (air milk) is used to fill voids and subsided areas in the subfloor ground. The pile bearing capacity and the safety factor of the foundation anchorage are secured and fixed based on structural calculations.
