This construction method is specifically designed for correcting partial subsidence in wooden single-family homes (with a cloth foundation). As a preliminary ground survey, the SWS (Screw Weight Penetration) test is employed to understand localized soft ground data. The lifting system uses lightweight, compact multi-stage hydraulic jacks and manual or electric hydraulic pumps. For structural reinforcement, we prepare epoxy resin injection materials, various sealants for U-cuts, and carbon fiber sheets (such as the Ganko Oyaji method). To address ongoing subsidence, we will select and install STK small-diameter steel pipes (with diameters ranging from 101.6mm to 139.8mm) and steel pressure plates (with a thickness of 12mm or more) according to site conditions.
