A fully omnidirectional mobile robot designed for the semiconductor industry, capable of meeting various automated loading and unloading needs for different transport carriers. It adopts an integrated electrical system centered around a self-developed 4.5 generation controller and a mecanum wheel for omnidirectional drive, enhancing the robot's electrical performance and multi-directional mobility, achieving high stability movement in confined spaces. By employing a combined navigation technology that integrates laser SLAM and QR codes, and equipping dual radars in a diagonal arrangement, side-suspended radar, and a forward vision sensor, it enables 360° spatial detection, thereby improving safety. With obstacle avoidance detection and coordination with the robotic arm, it can respond immediately to unexpected situations, and it can detect low obstacles over 5 cm in height using a combination of visual and ultrasonic sensors.
