Non-destructive inspection of exterior walls, solar panels, roofs, and equipment without scaffolding.
Using infrared thermography, we conduct non-destructive and non-contact inspections of issues such as detached exterior wall tiles, defective solar panel cells, roof leaks, and abnormal heat generation in equipment. While we can inspect a wide area without the need for scaffolding, we supplement aspects that cannot be determined by infrared alone (such as measuring crack widths) with close-up investigations and point cloud data. I personally hold the qualification of an infrared building diagnostic technician.

Tokai Air Service Co., Ltd. is a specialized company in drone surveying, research, and photography. As a feature, we closely collaborate with a mid-sized surveying company in Nagoya, and in addition to traditional surveying tasks, we perform point cloud data processing, cross-section creation, and mesh volume calculations using drones and advanced ICT equipment, in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's i-Construction construction management guidelines.
