We will conduct topographic and boundary surveys necessary for land development of solar power plants and grid-connected storage batteries. By using drone surveys, we will quickly grasp the current conditions over a wide area and create the foundational data for development plans and application documents.

• Surveying

We conduct 3D measurements of outdoor material storage areas and indoor inventory spaces to calculate volume and quantity. Compared to manual visual inspections and tape measurements, this method allows for a quick and safe assessment of large areas.

• Surveying

We will create an as-built BIM model from point cloud data obtained through 3D scanning of factories or buildings that do not have blueprints or do not match the current conditions. Unlike new construction BIM, this process digitizes the current state as it is, allowing it to be used as a basis for decisions regarding equipment updates, line expansions, and BCP measures.

• Surveying

Using infrared thermography, we conduct non-destructive and non-contact inspections of issues such as detached exterior wall tiles, defective solar panel cells, roof leaks, and abnormal heat generation in equipment. While we can inspect a wide area without the need for scaffolding, we supplement aspects that cannot be determined by infrared alone (such as measuring crack widths) with close-up investigations and point cloud data. I personally hold the qualification of an infrared building diagnostic technician.

• Non-destructive testing

Through LiDAR measurement, we obtain high-precision point cloud data even under vegetation and in complex terrain, allowing us to calculate soil volume. By differentiating between photogrammetry and LiDAR, we ensure optimal accuracy according to site conditions. We will produce deliverables that comply with the embankment regulation law enacted in 2023, the standards for the reuse of construction-generated soil, and the application of BIM/CIM principles in 2025.

• Surveying

We conduct aerial surveys using drones to measure the ground surface over a wide area in a short amount of time. We generate point cloud data from the acquired photos and can create cross-sectional views and DXF data. We hold surveying business registration number (1)-37730 and provide a consistent point of contact from location scouting to delivery. Measurements can be taken in difficult-to-access areas such as mountainous regions and disaster sites while minimizing the risks of accidents and secondary disasters.
