We analyze the collected data and create an unevenness heat map that shows high and low areas of the floor using color distribution. The dedicated measuring device "Floor Profiler" is operated on the floors of warehouses and factories to measure the level of concrete floors with an accuracy of 0.1mm. The collected data can be organized and submitted after analysis in the form of unevenness heat maps, cross-sectional graphs, measurement result lists, and repair proposal diagrams. You can confirm the high and low areas of the floor, inclinations, and undulations with both numerical values and diagrams, and also understand the ranges and ratios that exceed the set tolerance values. In large facilities, the investigation range can be set by dividing it into main aisles, secondary aisles, and areas planned for equipment installation. Based on the survey results, we propose necessary corrective work, including grinding of high areas, self-leveling mortar for low areas or extensive unevenness, and repairs for joints and joint height differences.

Heatmap of the measurement area By setting the FL0 point, high areas are displayed in red and low areas in blue. It is possible to see at a glance which parts are high or low.
