In floors where trucks and delivery vehicles frequently pass, issues such as surface wear, cracking, slipperiness, and instability during slope driving arise. - About the ring The dimensions of the vacuum concrete ring are 150mm for the outer diameter and 110mm for the inner diameter. The ring gauge should be aligned at the designated position on the floor surface, arranged so that the width from the center of the ring is 430mm per row. By arranging both vertical and horizontal rows with a spacing of 215mm between the centers of the rings, a well-ordered ring arrangement is achieved. - About the thickness When using rings for vacuum concrete, a thickness of around 50mm is generally acceptable for pouring without issues. This is because the cross-section of the ring is 10mm, so a minimum cover thickness of 50mm is necessary to ensure adequate reinforcement. If only dewatering without rings is involved, there are no specific thickness issues, but it is still important to maintain an appropriate thickness. For more details, please contact the floor agent.
