Company information
Our company has developed a "steel support" that replaces the traditional "tsuka-ki" used to support the first-floor framing of single-family homes, equipped with adjustment functions and excellent durability, and we have aimed for its widespread adoption under the name "Replacing Tsuka-ki with Kanamono." During the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, its functionality was proven, and we received high praise from major housing manufacturers. Recently, through competition with other companies in the same industry, coinciding with the spread of precut methods among major and mid-sized builders using traditional construction methods, the transition from the conventional 100% "tsuka-ki" to the stronger and more convenient "steel support" has taken place. The "steel support" has reached an environment where it can be individually performance evaluated, and we have obtained performance certification as the first of its kind. Additionally, as a new challenge, we are progressing from "wooden beams" to "steel beams," and from wooden joists and plywood flooring to "floor panels" that incorporate insulation materials. We are also working on a "floor base system" that allows for quick and easy installation by combining these steel beams and floor panels, as well as a "seismic frame" developed to prevent the collapse of buildings and mitigate impacts during earthquakes, which eliminates the need for braces and hold-down hardware.
