Due to the fast flow of water and its impact, the vertical beams in the upstream section were installed in advance to respond to the descent!
At the Nishimasuda Ohashi Bridge on the Takatsugawa River in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture, the "Temporary Closure LPF Method" was implemented. The bridge pier in the shallow central part of the river was constructed. A mobile crane and a simple floating barge were used for material transport. Due to the fast water flow, the upstream vertical beams were installed first, and the vertical beams were slid to accommodate the lowering of the liner plates. 【Case Summary】 ■ Temporary Closure Shape: Circular φ9.5m H=8.5m ■ Client: Shimane Prefecture (Construction in FY 2015) ■ Construction Location: Nishimasuda Ohashi Bridge, Takatsugawa, Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
