▼What was the background and process of the introduction? We considered transitioning from manual Excel management and other companies' SFA. The challenges included the burden on operating hours due to the effort of aggregating Excel data, the inefficiency of managing sales forecasts and actuals, and the excessive features and high license fees of the conventional SFA. We conducted functionality verification and customization during the free trial period and felt confident in the flexible support attitude, leading us to decide on the introduction. ▼What is the situation after the introduction? Thanks to flexible customization, we achieved visibility and efficiency in our results. Weekly sales meetings were reduced to once a month, and running costs were cut down to about 25% of the previous amount.
