We would like to introduce a case where Mr. Y, a resident of Edogawa Ward, Tokyo, implemented our lightning suppression system 'PDCE-junior' in a rental housing complex he owns. When retrofitting lightning protection equipment, an external down conductor is required; however, since it was incorporated from the design stage, structural grounding could be adopted. During the steel frame construction phase, the foundation rebar was connected to the steel columns, and on the rooftop, the lightning conductor and terminals were connected to the steel frame, followed by the pouring of concrete on the rooftop. After the implementation, we received feedback from the customer stating, "We were able to reduce costs compared to outsourcing to a house manufacturer."
