A case where our tile detachment prevention method + stone-like finish was adopted!
We would like to introduce a case where the existing porcelain tile exterior wall of a building was renovated using the "Hamatex Net Anchor Method" and "Hamacast JA." In this property, the existing tile exterior wall was significantly detached, and the area directly below the wall was a pathway for students. Therefore, considering the potential risk of tile detachment in the future, we adopted our tile detachment prevention method along with a stone-like finish. 【Case Overview】 ■ Product Name: Hamatex Net Anchor Method + Hamacast JA 407m2 ■ Project Name: Renovation of the exterior wall and rooftop waterproofing of Ikeda City Ishibashi Junior High School South Building ■ Location: Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture ■ Substrate: Porcelain Tile *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Since our founding in 1945, Hamacast has been creating "good things" that no one can imitate. We develop and manufacture unique exterior materials and waterproofing materials, such as high-design stone-like exterior materials that replicate natural stone and excel in weather resistance and stain resistance, as well as tile exterior wall renovation methods that are highly safe and durable. We also offer waterproofing methods that combine over 40 years of experience and achievements in complex waterproofing techniques with added insulation and durability. Furthermore, our strength lies in our "complete responsibility construction," which ensures consistent quality and performance by managing all stages of construction and aftercare. By maximizing this strength, we respond to our customers' needs by enhancing the asset value of buildings and reducing maintenance and renovation costs. Moving forward, we will continue to explore without compromise to shape the values of a new era, consistently creating "good things" for people, communities, and the environment.
