The existing exposed concrete exterior wall showed signs of deterioration, necessitating urgent repairs and renovations. Additionally, considering the narrow road and high pedestrian traffic in the area, the "Hamatex Net Anchor Method" was adopted, which does not require the demolition or removal of the existing exterior wall. This method significantly reduced noise, vibration, and waste generation during construction, allowing for safe reinforcement to prevent the exterior wall from peeling off while being considerate of the surrounding environment. For the finishing, "Sofia Tone," a finishing paint with excellent long-term weather resistance, was selected to minimize the frequency of renovations.
