We would like to introduce a case where we proposed integration with various systems centered around Salesforce to Vertex Inc. The company was managing its administrative tasks using a combination of a custom-developed system and Excel, and they identified challenges in the lack of information integration and the inability to customize freely. After implementation, they were able to create a data collection and analysis infrastructure, and by building with the premise of franchising, they became able to respond to franchise expansion with a sense of speed.
