With the angle head holder, it becomes possible to handle deburring in narrow gaps of large workpieces such as aluminum die-cast, low-pressure casting, and gravity casting, which were difficult to manage with robots equipped with large motor spindles. ■ Nuts… Adopts Hi-Q/ERB25 and Hi-Q/ERB32 nuts! ■ Collets… Adopts ER25 and ER32 collets that conform to the world standard DIN6499/ISO15488. The gripping diameter for ASR16 model is φ0.5 to φ16.0, and for ASR20 model is φ0.5 to φ20.0. ■ Maximum rotation speed is 10,000 min-1 for ASR16 model and 6,000 min-1 for ASR20 model. ■ High holding power is ensured by the unique dual-surface clamping QCT48 shank.
