The "SCL-1600" is an oblique circular cutting machine that cuts the area around a manhole in a circular shape during manhole elevation work and similar tasks. The arm length can be adjusted, allowing for flexible changes in cutting diameter, and the depth adjustment is hydraulic, making operation simple and capable of cutting up to a depth of 30 cm.
