[ZEROSAI Introduction Interview] Akita Prefecture, Japan PS Co., Ltd.
Prevent delays in the important process of concrete pouring with pinpoint forecasts two weeks in advance.
Issues - Since there is only one company in the ready-mixed concrete manufacturing industry, it is difficult to immediately change the procurement schedule, so we must make decisions about changes in the concrete pouring process early on. - When weather information was requested by the client, we had to retrieve past data from the Japan Meteorological Agency, but since we were often far from the site, it was challenging to determine which information was accurate. Implementation Points - We will proceed with on-site work leading up to the concrete pouring date, and since forecasts can be viewed two weeks in advance, we can implement countermeasures early. - We can retain weather information that is relevant to the site.
