OB3P is a design variation of OB6P. By creating a decorative groove of the same size as the joint in the center with a working width of 123mm, it gives the appearance of being half the width while maintaining the same construction effort. In the southeastern part of Kyushu, in Nishi-Nippon City, Miyazaki Prefecture, where the Kuroshio Current from the equator flows, the cedar produced here has unique properties and is widely used as "Obi Cedar." Historically, it was used for shipbuilding materials, and now it is utilized in a wide range of applications from structural elements to decorative finishes in buildings.
