Founded in 1916 as "Uemura Lumber," we have now been in business for 108 years as of 2024. Since 1984, we have been quick to commercialize and introduce unique and appealing woods, starting with California Redwood, as well as French Bordeaux Pine, Champagne Oak, and more recently, Miyazaki's Obi Cedar. As the environment changes day by day, our highly specialized knowledge and experience are utilized in product development, allowing us to create truly excellent products that we ourselves want to use and introduce to the world.
