Here is an introduction to the thickness of rigid polyurethane. Compared to other general-purpose plastic materials, molded products made from rigid polyurethane have lower impact strength. Therefore, to produce sound molded products, an average thickness of 10mm or more is required for foamed molding, with a minimum thickness of 4mm in certain areas.
