Reform insulation material "Replus Board"

The thermal conductivity of FP copolymer insulation materials is the industry's highest standard at 0.019 W/(m·K). All registered products eligible for insulation renovation subsidies under the Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project have been updated to insulation category F in the announcement of the fourth batch of model numbers on June 30, 2026. Subsidy amounts are 44,000 yen/m³ for exterior walls, 44,000 yen/m³ for roofs and ceilings, and 62,000 yen/m³ for floors. Please utilize Replus boards, which allow for easy insulation renovation from the interior side without damaging the structure. Applications for renovation subsidies (including reservations) will begin on June 30. In conjunction with this, related materials such as the application guidelines have been published on the Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project website.

We have launched a special page for the 2026 Future Eco Housing subsidy. You can also check the list of FP Corporation products registered as insulation renovation products. The insulation volume per Replus board is listed by product type, so please use it for calculations when applying for subsidies. The acceptance of renovation grant applications (including reservations) will begin on June 30. In conjunction with this, related materials such as the grant application guidelines have been published.

Products for wall and ceiling use with gypsum boards, as well as items for RC construction renovations, have been added to the listings released last year. New construction examples have also been added, which can be used to propose ideas to customers considering renovations. Please utilize the subsidies from the Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project for proposals on insulation renovations combined with water area and window improvements.

We would like to introduce a case where we utilized subsidies from the Child-Rearing Green Project to carry out insulation renovations using the insulation board "Replus Board." This is a wooden two-story house built 41 years ago in Sapporo City, Hokkaido. The first-floor flooring uses "Ractee" with a thickness of 105mm. The first-floor Japanese-style room and the second-floor Japanese-style room use "Replus Board" with an insulation thickness of 45mm for the walls and ceilings. Please refer to the related materials for the construction examples.
