Conduct appropriate training on themes after understanding the current situation and challenges of the team!
We would like to introduce an example of an in-house training session on the broad concept of "design" that we conducted. Due to the high number of team members from a technical background, there was a lack of experience in thinking from the user and business perspectives, which has become a challenge in providing new services. Therefore, based on the current situation and challenges, we considered and proceeded with the training by discussing "what purpose," "what themes," and "how many times and how frequently" the training would be conducted.
