Experiential group learning to learn about the flow of money in a company through a game.
This is an experiential group learning activity where you can learn about the flow of money in a company through a game. As employees of a startup company, the goal is to continue generating revenue, paying taxes, and compensating team members, thereby ensuring the company's survival. Naturally, if you cannot generate revenue (if you fail the game), you will be unable to pay taxes or salaries, and the company will go bankrupt. The immediate goal is to sustain the company for two periods. If you fail, bankruptcy could occur in the second quarter of the first period. Now, can you keep your company afloat? 【Game Rules】 You will use the materials provided by the company to create specified items. The items you create can be sold. From the sales amount of the specified items, you will deduct 'taxes' and 'salaries and bonuses,' and with the remaining amount, you will purchase new materials to create the specified items again. This process will be repeated, and after four rounds, a financial statement will be prepared for one period.
