We would like to introduce a case of "floor sinking correction work" and "filling work for voids and cavities under the floor" conducted in a condominium located in Niigata Prefecture. In the particular RC apartment building (first floor) we are introducing this time, due to the sinking of the floor, there were issues not only with "the tilt of the floor" but also with "gaps occurring between the walls and ceiling" and "doors not closing." After completing the floor sinking correction work and the filling work for voids (cavities) under the floor, the gaps between the walls and ceiling were eliminated, and the misaligned tile joints were leveled.
