Leave no gaps, allow no subsidence.
This is a method of filling a dedicated permanent grout material into the voids created underground "simultaneously with the extraction" of soil retention materials such as steel sheet piles and H-beams. By securely filling the voids, it highly suppresses subsidence and cracking of the surrounding ground. It is optimal under conditions where ground displacement is not permitted, such as near soft ground, important structures, river embankments, and soil contamination countermeasures. ◆ 20-50% cost reduction compared to leaving materials in place By reusing steel materials, there is no need for purchase, leading to significant cost savings. In disaster recovery work, the repurposing of steel allows for continuous construction, contributing to early recovery. ◆ Elimination of underground obstacles By safely removing soil retention materials that were previously left in place, future underground obstacles are eliminated. ◆ No impact on surrounding ground To immediately fill the voids and looseness of the ground during material extraction, it suppresses subsidence of the surrounding ground.

Applications/Examples of results
【Applications】 1. Construction in proximity to residential houses, roads, and railways 2. Waterway measures and underwater construction in agricultural ponds and river embankments 3. Extraction of existing piles such as steel sheet piles, H-beams, and steel pipe piles (also applicable to large-diameter piles) 【Construction Achievements (Examples)】 ◆ Railway track proximity construction (Tokyo / Osaka) ◆ Subsidence prevention work for adjacent houses due to structural construction ◆ Countermeasures work due to buried pipe construction on main roads ◆ Extraction of remaining old steel sheet piles for sewer renewal ◆ Waterway measures for extraction traces in agricultural pond embankments ◆ Disaster prevention measures for first-class river embankments (weaknesses from extraction traces) ◆ Road disaster prevention and renovation work *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 1958 and specializes in underground special civil engineering works such as underground continuous walls, underground obstacle removal, ground improvement, and pipeline construction. In recent years, we have expanded our business operations to include slope work and construction. There is a growing social demand for securing the natural environment, seismic reinforcement, liquefaction prevention, restoration of structures, and urban redevelopment, which have become pressing issues in recent years. In response to these social needs, we have developed seismic reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasure methods such as the "Ultra Multi-Point DP Method" and the "High Grip Grout Method." For structural restoration, we utilize our in-house developed restoration method called "Suiheikun," and for urban redevelopment, we are conducting research and development of new methods such as the "Hiro Work Kmigty Method," "Bauer Method," and "Super Top Method," aimed at underground obstacle removal. Additionally, as part of our eco-friendly initiatives, we are researching and developing methods that use bubble drilling fluid to reduce industrial waste, striving to contribute to society through high-quality construction and services. We aim to continue responding to the needs of the times by deploying a variety of specialized techniques and uniquely developed methods.
