We will introduce a case where oil recovery and waste oil operations can be performed with the push of a button, resulting in reduced work time!
We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of a "filtration system" at a food factory. Due to a review of oil management, there was a request to consider a system that could handle the complex KF-3 circulation filtration and filter all four fryers. We created a design, which was subsequently adopted. As a result of the implementation, the oil recovery from all fryers and waste oil operations can now be performed with the push of a button, significantly reducing work time. Additionally, we received feedback that "there is no longer any need to manually transport oil, eliminating the risk of burns, and transferring oil from fryer to fryer has become easy." [Case Overview] ■ Background of Implementation - Consideration of a system that could filter all four fryers. ■ Results - Oil recovery from all fryers and waste oil operations can now be performed with the push of a button, reducing work time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
