The hot water is always clean, with no unpleasant odors, and it also reduces costs through exchange reduction. *Demo machines available for loan, case studies provided.
We introduce a case of implementing the 'Mekasera' hot water circulation filtration system in a special nursing home with a circulating bath. The Mekasera device is different from conventional models; it is a ferrite-based ceramic (catalyst) developed in collaboration with Tohoku University. (1) Chlorine-containing (2) water is (3) brought into contact with the catalyst, resulting in the generation of "Mekasera water." If sodium hypochlorite or other chlorine-based disinfectants are already being used, it is possible to use the Mekasera ceramics (catalyst balls) simply by adding them to the piping system. The oxidation and decomposition power of chlorine transformed into Mekasera water is significantly enhanced, demonstrating great effectiveness in deodorizing and disinfecting the circulating hot water! It makes the water clear, beautiful, and hygienic, simplifies cleaning, and reduces management effort. ▼ Usage Examples 24-hour circulating baths, health land bathtubs, hotel bathtubs, swimming pools 【Features of Mekasera】 ■ Reduces the hassle of water replacement ■ Halves cleaning management in the bathroom (scales and other deposits can be easily removed) ■ Significantly saves fuel costs ■ Eliminates slippery tiles and floors ■ Reduces sludge generation in drains ■ Eliminates unpleasant odors * You can experience the actual effects with a demo unit. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The main business of SGM Corporation, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, which is aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and other substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewer systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a reliable and robust product. For over 30 years since its launch, there have been numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
