Prevent accidents involving pedestrians! Easily change settings on your smartphone or tablet with a simple setup tool.
In factories, logistics warehouses, and construction sites, preventing contact accidents between work vehicles such as forklifts and walking workers is an extremely important issue. The "Pedestrian Detection AI Camera Mutual Warning System" is a groundbreaking safety management solution that uses high-performance AI cameras to automatically detect pedestrians in real-time and simultaneously issue warnings to both drivers and surrounding pedestrians, encouraging mutual hazard avoidance behavior. The AI accurately identifies individuals within the detection area captured by the camera and reliably notifies through visual confirmation on the screen, as well as sound and light (loud alarms and high-brightness LED flashlights). It is also possible to set it to detect "vehicles only" by changing the settings. The detection area and sensitivity settings can be easily adjusted from a smartphone or tablet via local Wi-Fi without the need for a dedicated app. In addition to having high waterproof performance (such as IP69K) to withstand harsh working environments, we offer a wide range of models tailored to site needs, including those with heaters for cold climates and thermal cameras for low-light conditions. We strongly support safety measures and significantly reduce accident risks on-site.

Applications/Examples of results
This system has a track record of applications to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's new technology information provision system "NETIS" and is being introduced as a safety measure in a wide range of industrial sites, including manufacturing, logistics, and construction. ■ Utilization in Forklifts and Logistics Warehouses AI cameras are installed in front and on the sides of forklifts in logistics warehouses with many blind spots created by stacked goods. This prevents pedestrian accidents during turning and reversing. With powerful magnet attachments and dedicated stays for pillar insertion, it can be quickly implemented while minimizing modifications to the vehicle. ■ Safety Management in Large Machinery and Construction Sites Prevents worker contact accidents around large machinery such as hydraulic excavators and wheel loaders. A loud audio alarm (108 decibels) and high-brightness LEDs reliably communicate danger to both drivers and pedestrians, even in noisy outdoor environments. ■ Special Environments and Nighttime Work Sites In refrigerated and frozen warehouses (sub-zero environments), models with heaters are used, and thermal cameras with heat detection are employed for outdoor nighttime work or dark areas, allowing for a stable contact prevention system regardless of the environment.
