Production of aluminum sheets and packaging materials for parts! Achieved low-cost manufacturing.
We would like to introduce a case where we produced "aluminum sheet packaging cardboard." Due to the different crease directions in the parts, there is a cross-directional intersection that makes it less likely to break. Additionally, since it was finished using machining (plotter) that does not require a die, it has been realized at a low cost without initial expenses. If you want to safely package thin items such as panels and sheets, or if you would like to review your packaging methods, please feel free to consult with us. [Case Overview] ■ Dimensions - Cut: 804×515mm (2 cuts) × 1 sheet - Bottom & Lid: 804×515mm × 2 sheets ■ Material: K5/WF (paper thickness 8mm) *The grain direction of the cut and the lid bottom is reversed ■ Quantity: 10 sets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
