An LSI design EDA environment eligible for IT introduction subsidies can be established, and you can apply for subsidies using EDA vendor tools. The standard categories (Type A and B) are eligible, with a subsidy rate of up to 1/2 and a maximum subsidy amount of 4.5 million yen. The corresponding LSI design processes (EDA tools) include: - Analog design - RTL quality improvement (LINT, Formal) - Logic design verification - Logic synthesis - DFT design - Timing design and verification (STA) - Automatic placement and routing - Sign-off verification - DRC/LVS
