We would like to introduce a case study of implementing "LearningWare," which we handle, in a consulting company. In the existing training services, it was difficult to conduct training sessions that gathered all employees, including those working in shifts, employees with business commitments, and expatriates experiencing time differences. After implementation, we were able to expand our proposals to clients, offering in-person training for management and e-learning for the entire company.
