Transition from in-person training to online training! A system that employees can easily handle.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "LearningWare," which we handle, in companies that primarily conduct practical training in health management. Originally, we were conducting group training sessions such as lectures on mental health, but it became difficult to hold these in-person sessions. We focused on finding a system that could be easily used by participants, employees, and staff without the need for explanations or manuals.
