This is a seminar focused on the challenges of bento and daily delivery food factories. It will explain new production systems and key points for production planning, taking into account the characteristics of the industry.
In the bento and daily delivery food factories, demand has remained steady even during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impact of recent price increases on quantity has been minimal. As a result, sales volume has been steadily increasing. However, many factories are struggling because they cannot increase production any further due to a lack of personnel. In this seminar, we will explain how these factories can improve their operations to enhance productivity and address the labor shortage, incorporating examples of initiatives from other companies.
