The All Material Locator (AML Series) is a new type of underground buried object detection device. It does not require a transmitter; instead, it emits high-frequency radio waves at 2.45 GHz from the main unit and receives modulated waves at points where there is a change in density (the boundary between soil and buried objects), making it easy to detect non-metallic buried objects and also measure the diameter of buried pipes. Additionally, it is largely unaffected by the major weakness of GPR, which is the influence of soil moisture, puddles, and other factors, allowing for high-depth and high-precision underground buried object detection. Soil cover measurement is accurate due to the triangular method, which is not affected by soil dielectric constant. It detected a VP13 buried at a depth of 2 meters up to the pipe diameter! There are no material restrictions, so it can detect any type of pipe! It has a detection capability of up to 6 meters! Lightweight design that can be held with one hand.
