High-performance electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge (EMAT) EMA-3T / Standard and Advanced Version Capacitive coupling, rust removal, and coating removal are not required for measuring the thickness of steel plates. No pre-treatment is necessary, which also eliminates the need for post-treatment. The work process can be reduced by over 66%. Can measure through coatings up to 4mm thick. The probe can be tilted up to 25° for measurement. There is no need to apply the probe vertically against curved surfaces, and stable measurement values are displayed instantly. Data acquisition can be tailored to the structure of the inspection target. (Pipes, matrices, lines) Two versions are available: Standard Ver. and Advanced Ver., with or without barcode/RFID reader functionality. (The reader function is only included in the Advanced Ver.) • Non-destructive testing

The All Material Locator (AML Series) is a new type of underground buried object detection device. It does not require a transmitter; instead, it emits high-frequency radio waves at 2.45 GHz from the main unit and receives modulated waves at points where there is a change in density (the boundary between soil and buried objects), making it easy to detect non-metallic buried objects and also measure the diameter of buried pipes. Additionally, it is largely unaffected by the major weakness of GPR, which is the influence of soil moisture, puddles, and other factors, allowing for high-depth and high-precision underground buried object detection. Soil cover measurement is accurate due to the triangular method, which is not affected by soil dielectric constant. It detected a VP13 buried at a depth of 2 meters up to the pipe diameter! There are no material restrictions, so it can detect any type of pipe! It has a detection capability of up to 6 meters! Lightweight design that can be held with one hand. • Non-destructive testing

The iCAMMTM is a completely non-destructive rebar/steel plate corrosion detector developed by the research team at InspecTerra, based at the University of Waterloo in Canada, using a new passive magnetic method. This product allows for non-destructive testing of rebar corrosion inside concrete and steel plate corrosion beneath insulation with just one unit. Typically, exploration is conducted in Distance mode using an encoder (distance meter). For surfaces with significant irregularities, such as chiseled or delaminated areas, exploration is done in Time mode. For surfaces that have both flat and uneven areas, both functions can be used simultaneously in Hybrid mode. While electrochemical methods require watering and some chiseling, iCAMM offers complete non-destructive testing without any such requirements. iCAMM is available for sale, rental, and inspection services.
